Shipping & Delivery 

After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation when your order has been fulfilled.

All orders within New Zealand are sent via NZ Post or Post Haste and can be tracked easily and at any time using your supplied track and trace number.

All ‘click and collect’ orders will be ready within an hour from your order being placed when the store open.

All courier orders will be processed and ready to be sent within 48 hours of the order being placed. If your order is placed during a weekend or public holiday, we will process the order within 48 hours of the first working day.

International freight is sent track and trace with NZ POST.



Order or item not quite right?

Please get in touch with our helpful team if you have any concerns about the item you have received or would like to return:

 Please keep in mind that:

- all sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded

- ‘change of mind' will result in a store credit

- all online purchases (excluding sale and jewellery) are able to returned for refund due to the nature of the purchase

- the return period is 7 days from date of purchase

All returns are to be sent to our Flagship Store at the buyers expense and item/s will be assessed for satisfactory return.
