Shipping & Delivery
After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation when your order has been fulfilled.
All orders within New Zealand are sent via Fastway Couriers.
All deliveries can be tracked easily and at any time using your supplied tracking number.
All pick up orders will be ready within an hour from your order being placed when the store open.
All courier orders will be processed and ready to be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed. If your order is placed during a weekend or public holiday, we will process the order within 24 hours of the first working day.
* Please note due to track and trace we can NOT send to PO BOX addresses.
International freight is sent track and trace with NZ POST and FED EX - depending on the destination.
Cancellations - once an order is processed it can not be cancelled.
Delivery timeframes vary based on your location
- New Zealand - 1 to 3 days (Allow an extra day for rural deliveries)
- Australia - 5-10 days
- International - 10-15 days
Refunds & Exchanges
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, we are happy to exchange any item purchased online (unless stated otherwise e.g sale items, swimwear, underwear or earrings). However, the following conditions apply:
- You must notify firstname.lastname@example.org of your intention to exchange within 7 days.
- You must send goods back to us via a traceable method.
- You must cover the return shipping costs.
- BAZAAR do not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning to us - hence why we insist on a traceable method.
- BAZAAR will raise a credit or exchange the item for another item only once the garment has been returned and accepted. No refunds will be given. Please note due to hygiene reasons we can not return or exchange swimwear, underwear or earrings.
- All items must be in the condition that they were shipped, un-used and with all original tags and receipts.
- If the item is purchased by pay by laybuy then you will be issued a store credit once the item is returned and you will need to continue laybuy payments to pay by laybuy until the item is paid off, as you will have a store credit in replacement of the returned item.
How to Return/Exchange
Returned items are at your own cost via a track and trace method. If you wish to exchange/return please follow these steps:
- Email us at email@example.com to let us know you are returning items
- Send the items to us via a traceable method, e.g. track and trace courier
- After accepting the item, BAZAAR will raise a credit, exchange or refund you (please note that refunds will only be processed if the item is faulty)
Please ensure you have read and met the above conditions before requesting an exchange/return.
